National Walking Week 2026

21st - 27th Sept. 2026

Our annual National Walking Week is in its 7th year!

This year as part of European Week of Sport we’re starting our week of celebrations on Monday 21st September. National Walking Week is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the benefits of walking for both mental wellbeing and physical health.

We’re encouraging everyone in Ireland to celebrate the outdoors and #WalkHikeRunPushRoll.
